Loft airspace development

Roof replacement

As part of the airspace development we'll install a brand-new state of the art 30 year warranty backed roof, protecting you against any high sunk costs, and improving the energy efficiency and durability of the existing building. 

Double glazed windows

We can remove old windows and supply and install new double-glazed windows in your preferred colour and style. This increases thermal insulation and property value, while reducing energy bills and noise.

Fire doors

We can remove old non-fire compliant doors and replace with up-to-date fire doors. These can be added to the communal areas or individual dwellings in your preferred colour and style. 

Fire sprinklers 

We can retrofit fire sprinkler systems to exisiting communal areas, or within the flats themselves. These save lives and protects properties from post-fire water damage, run with small flexible pipework for minimal disruption.

Brick cleaning & replacement

We can clean the host building's façade using professional jet-washing equipment. Or, if needed, carry, carry out a complete restoration process by replacing bricks and repointing mortar joints.

Improving site biodiveristy

Undertake the assessment and improvement of site biodiversity. As part of the development we aim to improve the sites biodiversity. For instance, we can plant new trees or prune, fell and treat existing trees.

Sustainable transport from airspace development

Providing secure cycle storage

Typically as part of the planning permission we will have to provide cycle storage for the new units, if requested we can easily upgrade this to allow for new cycle storage for all of the flats in the host building. 

Replace timber cladding with modern composite panels

We can replace tired timber cladding with modern composite panels. They typically hold their colour because the panels' special technology prevents fading from sun exposure or severe weather fronts.
