Site survey & development appraisal
First, we'll carry out a full detailed building survey (including an aerial drone roof inspection), and review any building features for potential repairs, improvements or safety status upgrades.
Then, our design team will provide a feasibility assessment of the site's airspace development potential, including architectural, structural, fire, acoustic and thermal elements.
Offer stage
If the site has development potential, we'll issue a detailed offer outlining the airspace valuation. The offer will explain any agreed building improvements as part of the project.
We'll work with all stakeholders to meet their particular wants and needs. Legal agreements can be formalised in a number of ways, including as a joint venture, unconditionally or subject to planning.
Design & construction
Our experienced design and construction professionals will undertake a detailed design of the scheme, and use modern construction methods to minimise disruption.
As well as keeping all stakeholders updated and engaged throughout project delivery, we'll also keep a link to the development post completion. So it's in our best interest to build and maintain relationships within the community.
Completion & handover
We set rigorous standards for the quality of our developments. On completion, we'll provide the building owners with a full handover pack, including the roof and insurance underwritten building warranties.
The pack will also contain an updated health and safety file detailing the fire risk assessment for all buidling occupants, including a training session from a fire safety professional.
